We Renovate Houses

After we have purchased an “As Is” in need of repair house, we complete renovations in order to improve the house and bring value back into the community. We offer newly renovated, highly ugraded homes on a turnkey basis, at exceptional values. We upgrade our houses with tasteful high quality designer fixtures, appliances and details without unnecessary costs.

We have two types of renovations we perform: Simple and Complex. Simple renovations are just cosmetic fixes. A few of the common upgrades are new paint, replacing the flooring, upgrading appliances, and adding new fixtures. For houses that need more work, we offer complex structural renovations as well. These renovations commonly include mold remediation, roof replacement, exterior paint, electrical, HVAC and plumbing. Of course, this also includes all of the cosmetic upgrades as well.
